In todays society  "take care of yourself" or "practice self-love" are common phrases. Personally, when someone says this to me my mind automatically goes "okay, yeah I get that I need to do those things.. but HOW??" This post was written to answer exactly that. Next time someone tells you to chose to love yourself today, or take care of yourself, instead of contemplating how, use this post as a resource.
